Adding A Little More Spring

I've added a little more spring to our sitting room shelves...with this Catherine Klein robin bird print...attaching it to the old frame with mini clothespins,  it adds a touch of vintage spring to the room.....

Until next time....stay creative!

Living Room Decorated For Spring 2022

We've had some spring-like weather outside, so I've been adding some touches of spring this first week of March.....

Before long it will be time to sow some seeds... it gets my hopes up for things to come. I got the older seed packets that are hung on the jute string from my Mama. she found them tucked in the back of a drawer and was gonna toss them out (they were at least 30 years old),  I thought they were so pretty, so I took them home with me....

Until next time....do something that makes you smile...and stay creative!

Making Wreaths March 2022

I like to welcome the seasons with a change of wreaths outside....so this week I've made some new wreaths for this new season.....

One for beside the french doors on the covered back porch....and one for the front door...

I already had the grapevine wreaths, I use them season after season.... and just change out the flowers and ribbon.

Until next time....do something that brings you joy, and stay creative!

Displaying Collectibles

Welcome....today I've rounded up some photos from my photo files featuring how I've displayed some of our collectibles in the past (these were taken with my camera instead of my phone)...

 Plates displayed in a basket...

Bedside table decor...

old bottles and jars on a shelf....

collection of stacked teacups underneath a cloche....

skeleton keys on a tiny tole tray...

a peek inside the curio cabinet....

and old hankies simply stacked to admire the beauty of all the pretty colors....

Until next time....stay creative!
